When providing our services, we may collect, store and use the following categories of information. All information is gathered on a minimum necessary basis and shall be used solely to fulfill the intended functions of the services:

Account Information: Information you voluntarily provide when registering an account, upgrading to a paid service, or completing identity verification procedures, including but not limited to contact address, telephone number, email address, and network identification information, which we associate with your account.If you log in via a third-party account (including Facebook, Google, etc.), we will obtain basic information under such third-party account (such as account nickname, avatar, and unique identifier) pursuant to your authorization, with the specific scope of information to be obtained subject to the disclosures on the third-party authorization page.You may also voluntarily supplement your account information by providing details such as gender and date of birth.
Device Information: Information pertaining to the device you use to access the services, including IP address, device hardware specifications, basic system information, system settings, signal strength, network type, browser type, device model, and device-associated identifiers.Such information is used exclusively to ensure service stability, conduct security and risk control, and implement feature adaptation.
Contact Information: If you opt to grant us access to your contact list, we will collect relevant contact details to facilitate your quick sending of messages and invitations for others to use the services.Such contact information shall be stored on our servers only for your direct usage and shall not be utilized for any other purposes whatsoever.
User-Generated Content: All types of content you upload and disseminate on the Platform, including but not limited to comments, graphics, photos, audio recordings, and videos.We collect such content solely to complete content publication, display, and compliance review processes.
Payment Information: If you choose to purchase paid services, we will collect your billing address and payment method details (e.g., real-name information, identification documents, bank account particulars, credit/debit card and other payment card information), as well as record your payment history, top-up records, consumption records, and virtual property information (e.g., virtual coins).All such payment information shall be used exclusively for transaction settlement, order verification, and post-sales rights protection purposes.
Fraud Prevention Information: To identify and prevent fraudulent activities, we may collect information such as your device trust rating and transaction behavior patterns, which shall be used only for the protection of account and transaction security.
Usage Information: Operational and behavioral data related to your use of the services, including account operation history (e.g., sharing, editing, reviewing, creating and transferring files or folders), log data, browsing history, search history, product interaction records, account registration time, active hours, in-app consumption data, crash reports, and performance diagnostic information.Such information is used to provide, enhance and optimize the services, improve user experience, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of users.
Location Information: If you enable the device location permission, we may collect your geographic location data (either precise or approximate, depending on your device settings and the type of permission authorized).This information is used exclusively to provide location-based services (e.g., recommending nearby users, displaying location-specific news, and delivering location-targeted notifications).
Government-Issued ID Information: In certain jurisdictions, we may require you to provide government-issued identification information to comply with applicable legal obligations or to perform specific functions (e.g., setting up a wireless account, activating a device, extending commercial credit, managing reservations, and verifying account cancellation requests).Such information is used for compliance purposes only and will be either desensitized or retained in accordance with relevant regulations upon completion of the verification process.
Clipboard Information: To facilitate your quick copy-and-paste operations (e.g., pasting account numbers, addresses, or message content), we may temporarily collect and retrieve information from your device's clipboard.Such information is for one-time use only, and will be deleted immediately after use without being stored in our systems.
Device Application Information: For the purposes of managing installed applications, ensuring security and risk control, and improving service experience, the third-party SDKs integrated into our services may collect the package name and version number of the host application, as well as information about running processes (only the name of the current process will be obtained).The specific scope of information collection shall be subject to the privacy policies of the respective third-party SDK providers.
Other Information: Any additional information that you choose to provide to us at your own discretion.

II. How Do We Collect Your Data?

We collect your personal information primarily through the following methods:

(i) Active Provision by You

We will directly collect and process the personal information you submit when you conduct the following activities:

Registering as a WeFun user or subscribing to any of our premium services;
Activating relevant functions in the course of using the services, including but not limited to:(a)Authorizing microphone and camera permissions for using the voice chat room function;(b)Authorizing storage permissions for using the download function;(c)Authorizing photo album and camera permissions for publishing content on the Platform, updating your avatar, uploading photo albums, or submitting images for issue feedback;(d)Authorizing location permissions for using location-based services;(e)Triggering access to clipboard information when using the copy-and-paste function;
Voluntarily completing customer surveys or providing feedback to us via message boards, email, or other channels;
Authorizing us to access your account information when logging in through third-party platforms (including Facebook, Google, etc.).

Important Notice: If you log in to WeFun via a third-party platform, we will only obtain the basic information of your third-party account (e.g., nickname, avatar, and unique identifier) that you have authorized, solely for the purposes of completing login authentication, creating your WeFun account, and associating the accounts. We shall not use such third-party account information for any other purposes, nor shall we transmit your WeFun usage data to any third party in reverse, unless we have obtained your express consent or are required to do so by applicable laws and regulations. The protection of your third-party account information shall be governed by the privacy policy and relevant rules of the respective third-party platform.

(ii) Automatic Collection

To maintain and enhance our products and services, we may automatically collect information related to your use and interaction with the services through cookies or similar technologies. For details, please refer to Article 8 of this Policy – Cookies and Similar Technologies.

(iii) Indirect Collection

We may receive your personal information indirectly from the following sources, with all such indirect collection conducted on the basis of valid legal authorization:

IV. Data Sharing

Your personal information may be shared with third parties only under the following limited circumstances, with all such sharing activities subject to the implementation of strict security safeguards:

Service Providers: We may engage third-party service providers to perform specific tasks on our behalf (e.g., data processing, data storage, security verification, etc.). Such service providers shall be obligated to process your personal information in strict compliance with the terms of this Policy and our specific instructions; they shall not use the shared information for any purposes unrelated to the commissioned tasks, and shall delete or return all such information upon completion of the assigned services.

VI. Device Permission Application and Usage Instructions

When providing services to you, we may need to apply for certain permissions of your device. All permissions are necessary to implement specific service functions, are disabled by default, and are only enabled after you explicitly authorize them. You can revoke authorization at any time in the device system settings. After revoking authorization, the corresponding function may not work properly, but it will not affect the use of other core services. Such SDKs and related technologies are not within our control, and their data processing activities are not governed by this Policy.

Prior to integrating any third-party SDK, we will conduct a rigorous assessment of the legality, legitimacy, and necessity of the personal information the SDK intends to collect, in order to safeguard the security of your data. You may review detailed information about the third-party SDKs integrated into our Android and iOS platforms (including the SDK name, provider, types of personal information collected, intended use, and a link to the provider’s privacy policy) by referring to the Third-Party SDK List published by us.

Important Notice: The types of personal information processed by third-party SDKs may change due to version upgrades, policy adjustments, or other factors. For the most up-to-date information, please refer to the official disclosures issued by the respective SDK providers. X. Minors' Personal Information Protection

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from minors under the age of 18 (or the equivalent minimum age prescribed under the laws of the relevant jurisdiction), nor do we knowingly permit such individuals to use our services. If you are a minor, you are hereby advised not to provide us with any personal information about yourself, including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
